| The Affordable Access Program was launched on 3rd November 2006 at the University of the Western Cape. Angus Scrimgeour, President of the IADP introduced the Program, and addresses were given by the Honorable Minister of Education, Naledi Pandor, and by Professor Brian O'Connell, Rector of the University of the Western Cape.
