| The Affordable Access Program was launched on 3rd November 2006 at the University of the Western Cape. Angus Scrimgeour, President of the IADP introduced the Program, and addresses were given by the Honorable Minister of Education, Naledi Pandor, and by Professor Brian O'Connell, Rector of the University of the Western Cape. He has chaired many community organizations, and served on many boards, committees and task teams, including NEPI, SAQA and NBFET. Also served as Chairperson of the National Access Consortium Western Cape (NACWC). |
