KEN HARLEY
Educational Specialist
Senior Consultant to Saide (2009 - present), who is responsible for university relations and identifying e-learning resources. Ken is a former Chair of the Council of Rectors and Deans of Teacher Education in KwaZulu Natal, and Head of Department and Interim Dean at the then University of Natal (Pietermaritzburg). As an Emeritus Professor, Ken was a member of the National Teacher Education Review Board, and has supported a teacher education HIV pilot project.

Ephraim researched university quality assurance policies and practices in Botswana, Zimbabwe and South Africa for his PhD. He was previously a lecturer at both the Zimbabwe Open University and the University of Zimbabwe. Prior to that he served as a principal at a number of secondary schools in Zimbabwe.
